The Celtics are not doing very well, the bruins are red-hot, the Patriot's season is over, and the Red Sox are in spring training. The Celtics are a very disappointing team, so far, they seem to lack the passion of last year.

The Bruins were in the middle of the pack until the losing streak after the All-Star break. Now they are barely holding on to the last playoff spot.The Bruins should be fun to watch for the rest of the season, and into the playoffs if they make it.

Even thought the Red Sox lost Mo Vaughn to the Anaheim Angels and Darren Bragg to the the Reds, the main core of the Red Sox is back. The addition of Jose Offerman who hit 3.10 batting average and 45 bases stolen last year should give more speed and base running. The late signing of ex-Dodger pitcher,Ramon Martinez. Ramon Martinez is the older brother of Red Sox pitcher Pedro Martinez. When Ramon Martinez comes back from his season-ending shoulder surgery, he should help the Red Sox contend for the American League Wild card.The improvement of Baltimore,the Rangers, and the Angels, should give the Red Sox a run for their money.
